Well today added on to the misery of being a Detroit Lions fan. By now we know that the Lions lost a heartbreaker today. But what is more disappointing is the fact the Lions should be a 7-5 football team.

The last three games have been a very tough sequence to watch and hope is dwindling for fans. The 4-8 Lions should have won the last three games.

First it was the game against the Packers where they lost it in the last two minutes of the game. Then they take one of the best teams in the NFL, the Houston Texans to overtime and the terrible non call by the referees didn’t help them. And then of course there was today, blowing a big lead and losing on the last second touchdown. 

However, I still feel this team has the talent on offense and some on defense to compete with any team in the NFL. This team still has three stars and a good foundation. They just need to some of the bad pieces and need to change their attitude. But we will see what happens the rest of the season.

But for now enjoy the wonderful Lions fight song, it maybe what gets us through the last four games.
