The Detroit Red Wings(44-25-4)  are in the “Big Apple” tonight to play the New York Rangers (45-20-7). Both teams have been struggling as of late, with the Rangers losing five of their last seven games before winning on Monday. The Red Wings have currently lost five straight games, dropping them tied for second in the Central Division.

Both teams are desperate for a win in this one, and I would give the advantage to the Rangers for a couple of reasons. For one, the Rangers did win on Monday and two, the Rangers are playing at home, while the Red Wings are on the road and beat up with injuries. Prediction: Rangers 3, Red Wings 1. 

As for the Detroit Pistons, they are in Denver getting ready for the Nuggets. The Pistons have lost two games in a row but they should have won both in my opinion. They are building leads early in the game and then having the other team take over in the fourth. On Sunday, the Clippers came back from a nine-point deficit and beat the Pistons 87-83 in overtime.  

However, against the Nuggets it will be another shootout and I think the Nuggets will win. Prediction: Nuggets 120, Pistons, 110.
